After 20 minutes or so rinse it with lukewarm water and pat it dry. Do this regularly to prevent and control wrinkles.

  4. Coconut Oil with Honey:

    Make a mixture including half cup of coconut oil and add 1 tablespoon of organic honey. Use your fingers to massage this mixture on your wrinkles. After 45 – 60 minutes wash it using cold water and pat it dry. Repeat this regularly to see the result.

  5. Coconut Oil with Cinnamon:

    Cinnamon alone cannot help with wrinkles. It has anti bacterial properties and is helpful in reducing the appearance of scars and dark spots. And so when with coconut oil can also help in treatment of wrinkles.

    Take a tablespoon of organic coconut oil and add half teaspoon of cinnamon in it. Mix it properly and using your fingers, apply it to your skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Once done rinse it with cold water and pat it dry. Repeat daily to see the expected results. It may take a while but you will see the difference in two weeks or so.

  1. Use organic, cold pressed extra virgin oil and not any commercial brands as they use chemical and preservatives for storage which can cause harm to your skin.
  2. You may also use coconut oil soaps and skin products which are easily available online.
  3. To protect your skin use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 whenever you go out.
  4. If you want a smooth skin that you should eat healthy and exercise regularly.
  5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
  6. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
  7. Do not use coconut oil if you suffer from any heart or blood vessel conditions, high blood pressure and hypertension.
